Teachings on the Land Program

Snuwuyulh Teachings on the Land Program is a Land-based, inclusive, experiential program where youth, adults, knowledge Keepers and Elders gather around a fire circle and experience teachings on the Land. Elders and Knowledge Keepers are invited to come and share knowledge and teachings from their individual experiences and connect within language learning. This program’s purpose is to deepen understandings of oral histories and protocols; learn from Elders and Knowledge Keepers; and with permission, document these stories in the form of an Experiential book, audio recordings, and film.
